Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert commercial guidance to project teams on contract negotiation strategies and risk management.
  • Support the development of comprehensive project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favourable contractual terms.
  • Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably with high complexity contracts.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.
