  • Key responsibilities include:">

  2. Managing the contracting lifecycle, including category strategies, contracting plans, ITT/RFQs, authority for contract execution, negotiation plans, tender evaluation plans, contract variations, and approval documents.">
  3. Ensuring contracts, purchase orders, and call-offs comply with the Contracting and Procurement Procedure.">
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure evaluation criteria, terms & conditions, and departures are accurate.">
  5. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial matters are adequately represented and visible.">
  6. Ensuring delivery of business needs in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar; minimum 5+ years' experience in a Category or Contracts Advisory role.">
  • Experience with the full tender lifecycle, especially strategy and pre-award stages.">
  • Effective communication skills—written, presentation, and verbal—across all levels.">
  • Proven negotiation skills.">
  • Strong stakeholder and people management abilities.">
  • Decision-making skills considering technical, cost, and schedule factors amidst uncertainty and risk.">
