Transformative Service Delivery Leader
As a key member of our organisation, the Transformative Service Delivery Leader will play a pivotal role in revolutionising customer interactions and satisfaction across the university.
This exceptional opportunity involves leading a high-performing team to enhance IT Support Services, striving to exceed agreed levels of customer satisfaction. The incumbent will drive cultural change within the IT department, promoting customer-centricity and championing innovative service delivery strategies.
The successful candidate will spearhead the modernisation of service processes, tools, and technologies to elevate the customer experience. This role reports directly to the Director, Customer Service Delivery, overseeing functions including Customer Support and Service Desk.
