Job Overview

We are seeking a Transformation Lead to drive the development and delivery of change initiatives that support the adoption of improved services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of transformation initiatives to support the adoption of improved services.
  • Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging change issues.
  • Build and maintain partnerships across business units and relevant external agencies.
  • Build and manage networks of impacted staff to engage staff and enable adoption.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on program delivery activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program implementation and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary-level qualifications in HRM, Organisational Psychology or Business Transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in a large complex organisation working on change/workforce transformation.
  • Ability to achieve multiple transformation and project objectives within time and financial constraints.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in leading change initiatives and managing teams.
