
Document Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyse information reported by offenders through the centralised reporting model.
- Provide quality advice on information identifying children at risk, utilising analytical skills to inform decision-making.
- Generate work tasks to serve offenders with correspondence regarding their obligations under legislation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and correctional services to manage file transfers and exchange intelligence, fostering effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legislation and police procedures, maintaining high standards of integrity.
The successful applicant will undergo psychometric assessment prior to appointment. They may be exposed to sensitive material during duties.
This position is within a regulatory office. Applications remain current for 12 months, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
