Job Description

You will be a key member of our ESG team, working within our Disputes and Investigations unit and collaborating with lawyers across all offices.

  • Assist clients in complying with modern slavery reporting requirements and related human rights policy advice, risk assessments, and due diligence.
  • Support clients in understanding and managing ESG risks and issues.
  • Advise clients on non-judicial dispute resolution mechanisms relevant to business human rights responsibilities.
  • Contribute to ESG and Business Human Rights litigation where opportunities arise.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in Business Human Rights matters, including Australian modern slavery reporting regime experience. A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others is essential.
