Strategic Client Growth and Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Client Planning Lead to join our dynamic team at News Corp Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail clients by developing bespoke experiences and market-ready opportunities that leverage News Corp's vast array of brands, products, and editorial initiatives. As a key member of the Client Growth & Experience team, you will lead the creation of innovative and tailored strategies for retail clients, utilizing News Corp's diverse assets across print, digital, and editorial.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with editorial, strategy, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated client experiences that deliver client outcomes and align with overall NCA business goals.
• Evolve and develop digital products to meet the needs of our retail client base, involving internal stakeholder collaboration with Client products, external vendors, and sales to ultimately deliver a feasible product and solution for our clients with an exceptional experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deeply understand client needs and objectives, ensuring custom solutions exceed expectations.
• Craft compelling end-to-end narratives around media plans that clearly communicate retail clients' strategy, objectives, and expected outcomes.
