Job Summary

This is a crucial role supporting the development of processes across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in document control and HSEQ management system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with subject matter experts and business units to create policies, procedures, and processes aligned with legislation, certification, and business strategy requirements.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Collaborate closely with business unit and department managers to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and provide training and education on processes, procedures, and adherence to compliance.
  • Manage record keeping and version control of BMS or registers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on scheduled reviews.

  • Naturally you are an effective communicator with a proactive approach.
  • You can understand client requirements and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret complex subject matter.
  • Previous experience in a document and systems management role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
  • Experience in working with engineers and project teams to create technical support content.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
