This role will support our workshop line management team by leading the development, coordination, and implementation of Quality Assurance systems. You'll ensure these systems are audited and strategically aligned with our Quality Policy and Standards (ISO 9001).
You'll advance system design and sustainability within our workshop for processes related to equipment overhauls, fabrication, and machining. You'll also conduct system audits to identify and correct weaknesses and provide training, coaching, and problem-solving expertise to leaders and employees.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and extensive experience in the alumina, resource, manufacturing, or heavy-duty industry. They'll have a proven track record of implementing and improving systems and processes, as well as business analysis and improvement skills.
