Commercial Management Opportunity

This position offers a challenging role within our organization, responsible for overseeing commercial activities and ensuring the effective management of financial resources.

The Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing cost structures, and improving operational efficiency. This will involve reviewing existing processes, developing scalable analytics solutions, and implementing functional business process improvements across sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit commercial processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement scalable analytics solutions to optimize project performance
  • Manage cost structures and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Develop and refine functional business process improvements
  • Train and mentor site-based Business Analysts
  • Continuously improve commercial reporting and processes
  • Support the management of the commercial team
  • Identify business opportunities and implement sustainable change

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
  • CA or CPA accreditation
  • Experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights
