Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Management Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the way we access information on services and processes.
This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with flexible working times and arrangements available. The successful candidate will oversee the process hub and service directory, training and mentoring staff on how to document processes, procedures, and work instructions.
You will be responsible for conducting quality assurance on entries in the process hub and service directory, suggesting alternative copy, and having difficult conversations with editors as needed.
The role includes administration tasks in both systems and requires strong logical thinking, written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in consulting and negotiating with internal customers.
About the TeamOur Service Improvement team leads process management and continuous improvement across professional services, managing complex service improvement projects.
We are a dynamic, focused, and collaborative team, working at a fast pace and often within challenging timelines.

- Be a logical thinker who can develop and clearly communicate step-by-step instructions and/or processes, with attention to detail.
- Have excellent written communication skills to ensure service information is clear and concise and presentation skills to ensure it can be easily followed.
- Be confident to consult and negotiate with internal customers, including discussing any quality assurance concerns.
- Be happy to undertake the administration required to support the two systems.
