Process Improvement Specialist

The Capability Improvement Lead role presents a unique chance to drive change and influence process improvements in an exciting environment.
This position involves establishing data collection processes, conducting investigations to determine trends and potential issues, and driving continuous improvements to management systems, operational processes, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and report on contracted services,
- Facilitate workshops to develop flow diagrams, establish definitions, and document processes,
- Establish and implement a process review schedule to advance process maturity,
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate program activities,
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive value stream mapping to define 'As-Is Analysis' and transition to future state,
- Support Kaizen facilitation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- University degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent,
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience,
- Previous experience in a collaborative enterprise environment,
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with the ability to present professionally to various stakeholder groups directly or in virtual meeting forums,
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance,
- Availability to undertake travel as necessary.
