Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our fast-growing enterprise business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, and inspiring and motivating team members.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, managing our sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition plans and engagement tactics
  • Lead a team of account executives to effectively communicate our value proposition through customer interactions, presentations, and proposal submissions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' commercial goals and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our sales strategy
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into business value for C-Suite decision-makers
  • Experience positioning big data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully executing against personal and team goals while continuously improving processes and strategies
  • Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals to account executives, including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to the C-Suite
