Enterprise Sales Director

The Opportunity:

  • Lead strategic sales engagements from first conversation through to signed agreement and successful onboarding.
  • Shape our enterprise sales strategy and land high-value deals with large organisations.
  • Play a key role in delivering commercial success.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the enterprise sales strategies.
  • Help define our target markets and value propositions.
  • Run point from solution design through to close, navigating multiple stakeholders and long-cycle negotiations.
  • Drive commercial excellence by shaping high-value, multi-year deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deals land smoothly and deliver value.
  • Contribute as a senior sales voice and influence sales team thinking.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience selling complex SaaS into large organisations.
  • Ability to craft strategy and execute it.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
  • Think in terms of systems, data, and customer problems.
  • Love autonomy and accountability.
