National Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise directly with builders and suppliers to resolve queries and issues
- Support the sales force with administrative duties to achieve team objectives
- Manage accurate client and job records, including data entry and database maintenance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Problem-solve and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner
- Proven customer service skills and experience
- High-level organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
- Confident, professional, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly competent in Excel and Microsoft suite products
