Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an HR Manager to support a large civil construction project. Reporting to the Project Director, the HR Manager will drive a proactive, leading-edge HR focus across the project, developing and implementing effective strategies, initiatives, and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating at both strategic and operational levels, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- Initiating credible relationships on the project and influencing the HR lifecycle.
- Implementing measurable culture initiatives and owning broader business unit HR initiatives.
- Understanding the big picture regarding careers, redeployment, and resourcing across projects.
- Interpreting employment contracts, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Intervening and resolving difficult situations, including performance, investigations, and disputes.
- Facilitating information sessions and representing the CPB brand professionally.
- Embracing change and having a tertiary qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline.
