Job Overview

The Head of HR Operations leads the provision of accurate and timely advice and consultancy services to organisational leaders and staff.

This role involves leading a team of hands-on People & Culture generalists and contributing to workforce planning, job design, performance management, people management, employee relations and industrial relations to support the organisation's culture, goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HR generalists delivering end-to-end HR advisory and support services.
  • Provide strategic input into People & Culture priorities and workforce planning.
  • Advise organisational leaders and staff on people management, performance management and change.
  • Oversee employee relations, industrial relations and change management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements

A tertiary qualification in human resources or industrial relations is required, along with demonstrated experience in managing a business partnering team and enterprise bargaining processes in a complex environment.
