Job Title: Experienced HR Business Partner

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-impact employee experience that drives performance outcomes aligned to business strategy.

You will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to provide considered and fit-for-purpose advice, as well as providing specialist coaching, support, and influence that enables leaders to effectively deliver outcomes.

Key initiatives include the remuneration review, talent reviews, and driving employee experience programs. You will also manage within policies and guidelines and own these within your portfolio.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be expected to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity and change. Regular travel in Victoria is required, as well as some interstate travel.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated HRBP experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Commercial experience (ie worked in commercial enterprise)
  • Demonstrated experience in HR strategic thinking and delivery of strategic HR projects and initiatives
