Job Summary

We're seeking a CRM Content Manager to join our team and help us maintain close and effective communication with our users. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances user engagement and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging promo-offer copies, emails, and website content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Layout Design: Prepare visually appealing layouts for our website and direct customer communication, including tournament descriptions, emails, SMS, and notifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our CRM team to implement activities based on product promo plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Task Management: Write clear task descriptions for our design team to ensure accurate execution of creative projects.
  • Content Management: Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (B2 minimum) is a requirement.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the gambling (casino)/betting industry is essential.
  • Content Management: Proven hands-on experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, and/or Writer is required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Content Management Systems and basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects are a plus.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
