Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of D2C Activities: You will be responsible for overseeing all D2C activities for the brand in Poland, supported by the E-Commerce Director DACH.

  • Team Management: You will manage and support members of the team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Collaboration and Strategy: You will work collaboratively with D2C teams and wider business, leading ecommerce strategy discussions, and building campaign activation plans.
  • Content Review and Optimisation: You will review online content before go-live to ensure it's effective and manage detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance and Analysis: You will report on sales performance, gross margin, and forecast attainment in key product categories, analysing & presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Trading Plans and Relationships: You will build relationships with stakeholders to develop effective trading plans for the D2C business and achieve key deliverables on focus initiatives.
  • Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management: You will manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability through D2C sites.
  • Value-Add Activity: You will drive value-add activity to optimise sales metrics, increasing profitability and average selling price across the brand.
  • Workload Management: You will help manage workload and priorities within the Merchandising Team.
Requirements
  • Digital Environment Knowledge: You will have strong knowledge of the digital environment and consumer journey.
  • Experience and Skills: You will have 3 years+ experience in a similar role with experience in product Merchandising, Digital Sales & commercial trading.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: You will demonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a team.
  • E-Commerce Platforms: You will have experience using E-Commerce platforms to manage digital content and promotions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: You will be able to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectives.
  • Time Management and Organisation: You will be a self-starter with effective time management and organisation skills.
  • Microsoft Office and Analytics: You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales data, as well as prior experience in analytics platforms & performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
