Job Description

We are seeking an IT Service Owner/IT Service Manager to join our Global Operations team, which delivers over 70 products and solutions in areas such as process automation, enterprise document management, and customer communication management.

The team supports internal operations primarily in the EU region, helping meet regulatory and business needs. Based in Cracow, the team acts as a bridge between local business and technology teams, building and maintaining internal systems.

The GO team focuses on digital solutions like workflow automation and content management, with autonomy in choosing technologies for EU markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Service Ownership (50%): Manage and support IT services, acting as a single point of contact, following ITIL phases (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, Improvement)
  • Service Management (40%): Provide expertise and consultancy to Service Quality Managers and global teams, supporting the adoption of best practices
  • PMO Department Organization Tasks (10%): Contribute to the strategy for Technology Service Management, plan service upgrades, and communicate performance to Product owners
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team
  • Experience in IT Service Management
  • Good understanding of ITIL methodologies, especially in Service Level Management, Service Continuity, Information Security, Change, Incident, and Problem Management
  • Service Now is required
  • Team player, adaptable to change
  • Experience with customer-facing applications is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies and their operational environments
