TheLearning LAB is a leading e-learning agency dedicated to delivering innovative and effective learning solutions to our clients. Our team is committed to producing high-quality educational content that not only educates but also captivates learners across various industries.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in turning instructional designs into fully functional e-learning modules that make a real impact. In this role, you will focus on converting pre-designed content provided by our graphic designers into SCORM-compliant e-learning modules. You will be responsible for the technical assembly, testing, ensuring they meet client requirements and function seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360 based on designs provided by graphic designers.
  2. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of e-learning courses within various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  3. Collaborate closely with graphic designers and instructional designers to accurately translate their designs into interactive, functional e-learning modules.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of e-learning modules to ensure technical accuracy and smooth performance across multiple platforms and devices.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SCORM files.
  6. Update and maintain existing e-learning content as required, ensuring compliance with latest standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer, with expertise in SCORM and Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360.
  2. Strong understanding of SCORM standards.
  3. Ability to accurately implement pre-designed content into functional e-learning modules.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
