Job Title: OpenText Content Server Platform Analyst

Ampstek is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill a Contract Assignment position as an OpenText Content Server Platform Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interface with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Understand client requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and provide high-level service offerings.
  3. Participate in project estimation, provide solution delivery inputs, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews.
  4. Lead teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
  5. Contribute to building efficient programs and systems.
Requirements:
  1. Deep understanding of the OpenText Content Server platform and additional expertise in various OpenText products.
  2. Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
  3. Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  4. Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  5. Identify risks and form contingency plans.
  6. Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  8. Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.
  9. Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  10. Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
  1. Primary skills: OpenText products including Archive Center, Directory Services, Brava, Blazon, Office Editor, Content Web Services, Smart UI, xECM for SAP, Web Reports Development, and Oscript Development.
  2. Proven success working with all levels of management.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
