About Us
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the heartbeat of our Sydney office, partnering with all departments to keep operations running smoothly while fostering an engaging and collaborative office culture.
As our Office Manager, you will be the trusted go-to person across the agency, supporting our leadership team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensure our work environment remains professional and welcoming, and help deliver memorable initiatives that strengthen our team culture.
- Manage front-of-house reception, including calls, visitors, couriers and mail.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate kitchen and meeting room needs, and organize catering.
- Support our People & Culture team with onboarding, offboarding, office policies and data management.
- Organize travel, bookings and provide diary support for our leadership team.
- Plan and deliver internal events and initiatives to promote staff engagement.
- Manage staff access, seating plans, asset registers and parking allocations.
- Partner with other departments on administrative projects.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient office environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Ideal 3-5 years' experience in a similar office administration, EA or operations role.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Confidence to work independently, anticipate needs and drive tasks through to completion.
