Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at NCS Australia Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across our federal government clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, positioning NCS as a trusted advisor. You will build and foster relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic growth opportunities, craft compelling sales proposals and tender responses, and help the broader team exceed targets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be vital in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans, and will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Lead who can drive sales growth and revenue across our federal government clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing and motivating a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the federal government sector, and will have experience in a similar role leading and building a portfolio of clients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across federal government clients
  • Partner with clients throughout their digital transformation journey to position NCS as a trusted advisor
  • Build and foster relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic growth opportunities
  • Craft compelling sales proposals and tender responses
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with the sales team
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients

Requirements:

  • Strong background in business development within the federal government sector
  • Experience in a similar role leading and building a portfolio of clients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services firm
  • Proven track record in originating and closing large multi-million dollar deals
  • Expertise in consultative and solution sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships within a complex enterprise and government clients
