About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our ACT Infrastructure Solutions business, driving technology and business outcomes with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an ACT business plan aligned with the national strategy and go-to-market approach.
  • Drive sales performance for infrastructure and services in the ACT territory, focusing on strategic customers and opportunities, including CxO relationships.
  • Differentiate Data#3 from competitors based on national and state capabilities.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the ACT P&Ls and maximise business opportunities in the ACT marketplace.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on national and state-based activities, analyse complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies, translating upper management directives into actionable plans, with a focus on customer success and accurate sales forecasting.
About You
  • Proven track record in strategic IT solution sales preferably of complex Solutions in medium-to-large organisations.
  • Proven track record in Sales and HR Management of complex IT Solutions teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Highly desirable is a track record in the development and management of business budgets and P&L's, and interpreting of financial information.
  • Proven track record of Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues.
  • Possess the skills, and traits necessary to being a successful Manager such as professionalism, a sense of urgency, dedication to continuous improvement, and wider organisational awareness.
  • Gain a clear agreement and commitment from stakeholders and sellers by persuading, convincing, and negotiating.
