Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Alumni Relations and Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that foster strong relationships with alumni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven plans to engage alumni through targeted communications, mentoring programs, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for alumni engagement and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • Proven experience in alumni relations, engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
