About This Role

This role involves data-driven planning and delivery of targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events to build affinity for the university.

  • Develop bespoke outreach initiatives, mentoring programs, meetings, and events in Australia, abroad, and virtually.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify tangible benefits for alumni.
Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, this position will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to the university's alumni community.

Performance Metrics

Effective execution of outreach and engagement strategies; building strong relationships with alumni and stakeholders; contributing to positioning objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. They will also possess a strong understanding of data analysis and its application in informing outreach strategies.

The Alumni Community Outreach Specialist will report directly to the Advancement and Communications Division and will play a critical role in shaping the university's alumni engagement strategy.
