Position Overview

This role is responsible for planning and delivering outreach and engagement strategies that build affinity to the university. These strategies include targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events.

Working as a valued member of our division, you will be the first point of contact for alumni inquiries.

  • Develop and implement data-informed outreach and engagement strategies to build affinity to the university
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for engagement and partnership
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to alumni inquiries in a timely and professional manner
