About the Position

The role of Strategic Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal part in utilising advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for deeper engagement and connection with the institution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and providing reports and recommendations to support strategic engagement initiatives with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring constituent information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Providing sophisticated background research on notable individuals, organisations and groups.
  • Identifying prospects for strategic activities, programs and awards.

Working as part of a team, this role will manage data, conduct prospect research and produce reports using Advancement databases and systems. A strong understanding of data management and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
