Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Advancement Services Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing advancement information systems to identify individuals and cohorts for deeper engagement and connection with the university.

This role involves conducting research, providing reports, and recommendations that support the University's strategic engagement with alumni, donors, community members, and key stakeholders.

  • Level 6/7: $92,681 - $114, % Superannuation
About the Position

The Advancement Services Specialist will work as part of a team to manage data, information, conduct prospect research and produce reports. Utilising Advancement databases and systems, including Blackbaud RE7 and NXT, the position ensures information on constituents is accurate and up-to-date.
