Facilities Project Coordinator Role Overview

The role of a Facilities Project Coordinator is pivotal in the execution of facilities projects across various locations. This involves overseeing project planning and delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management through exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, time management, and risk prioritization abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of project management principles, including financial responsibility.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of essential services and facilities legislation, building codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.
