Job Description

The Facilities Manager Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our organization's buildings meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Facilities Manager Specialist. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing contract delivery, monitoring and measuring Contract Performance, and developing scopes of works and contract documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven ability in working within an integrated services model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
  • Strong experience in managing large-scale maintenance activities.
  • Experience in collaborative contracting, including relationship or alliance contracting.
  • Extensive subcontractor procurement and management expertise.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge.
  • Ability to work within an environment using QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
