We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts for operations and environment facilities.

The role involves preparing tenders and contracts, letting and administering contracts according to procedures, validating invoices, monitoring contractor performance, and reviewing contract tender recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or Facilities Management
  • 3+ years' experience in Contracts Administration on Facilities Maintenance Projects or Complex Design and Construct Projects
  • Proficiency in CMMS, Aconex, JDE, and Converga P2P systems
