
Employee Experience Developer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role involves managing employment contracts, onboarding, and maintaining the integrity of our HR systems.
- Responsibilities include supporting the Team Member lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding
- Liaising with new hires and coordinating onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation
- Maintaining and updating Team Member records; triaging and escalating queries according to company policies and procedures
- Support process documentation for People and Culture workflows and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Providing administrative support for ad-hoc People projects (e.g., policy reviews, org structure changes, performance cycle implementation)
- Liaising with external training providers and registering Team Members for learning events
- A minimum 1–2 years' experience in HR administration or a similar coordinator role
- Qualifications in Human Resources essential
- Proficiency in BambooHR and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word required
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Passion for supporting learning, development, and a positive team experience
This position is diverse, fast-paced, and full of learning opportunities. You will collaborate with our Head of People and Culture, providing general HR administrative support. You will gain exposure to all areas of People and Culture, helping you build a strong skillset in a supportive environment.
