Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating an exceptional work environment that fosters growth and development across the entire employee lifecycle.

This position is based at our Morwell location, where you will be directly involved in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, wellbeing, training, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Process Enhancement: Support the implementation and utilization of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Culture Building: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to develop a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with our mission to strengthen communities.

This role requires a strong focus on supporting employees through their various life stages, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
