Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of People And Culture Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different issues at once, balancing practical problem-solving with a calm, people-first approach.

The successful candidate will have experience in a P&C or HR advisory role, ideally in an operational environment. They will possess a strong understanding of employment law and people-related compliance.

  • Provide advice on employee queries, policy interpretation, and award questions.
  • Manage complex matters from performance conversations to employee conduct.
  • Refine processes and systems to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support safety and wellbeing by championing safe practices and supporting injury management and mitigation.
  • Build meaningful relationships with a diverse workforce.
  • Maintain a strong handle on detail while achieving practical outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and patterns to support leaders in addressing them.
Key Responsibilities
  • People Advisory: Provide expert guidance on people-related matters.
  • Matter Management: Manage complex employee cases from start to finish.
  • Process Improvement: Refine our internal processes to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Champion safe practices and support employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with employees across the organization.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and support leaders in mitigating them.
