**Job Description:**

We are seeking a candidate to fill a role in employee experience creation. In this position, you will support a team to create a positive and inclusive work environment. You will provide administrative support across a range of functions and projects.

This role will involve supporting all round employee experience and administration activities including:

  • Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition activities including drafting and posting job advertisements, drafting and updating job descriptions, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and correspondence
  • Create, develop and maintain templates, guides and manuals
  • Administer and be a point of contact for systems including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide advice to managers and staff on employee experience matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the employee experience team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Keep up-to-date with legislation, HR industry developments, news and innovations and provide suggestions
  • Manage visa processes and records
  • Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources

- Prior experience in an HR Assistant role is desirable

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

- General knowledge of employment laws and practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated discretion when dealing with confidential matters
