
Care Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Care Leadership Specialist to lead our residential service.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level position responsible for effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Engage residents and support them in living their best lives
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding resident experiences
- Manage resources wisely and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care
- Oversee the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration.
Your Qualifications and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
- People management and leadership experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including attractive base salary + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Allowances.
