- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community resources and family members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting holistic support and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (Social Work England).
- Significant frontline experience in adult services within the UK, demonstrating expertise in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of mental health care services.
