We are seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at a community-controlled, not-for-profit health provider.
The successful applicant will be a medical practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centred care, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and continuity. You will have the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of health conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing of patients through culturally sensitive and holistic care.
