A transformational leader is sought to drive sales excellence by establishing a Centre of Operational Effectiveness. Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on enhancing sales performance and efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
About the RoleThis pivotal position influences sales capability across 500-600 salespeople, ensuring consistent execution and improved customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, GMs, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and execute sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Optimise CRM systems for improved data quality, reporting, and sales team engagement.
- Develop and implement Sales Playbooks and support their adoption across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems to boost productivity.
- Provide data-driven insights to enable decision-making and sales success.
- Collaborate with GMs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations) to deliver outcomes.
We seek an experienced sales operations, enablement, or transformation professional with a proven track record of driving sales process improvements, CRM optimisation, and capability uplift. You will have worked in B2B environments and can demonstrate how your initiatives delivered measurable commercial outcomes.
You are highly analytical, with strong business improvement and change management experience. You use data-driven insights to influence sales strategies and improve customer outcomes, while ensuring disciplined adherence to processes and CRM systems.
