About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Property Operations Assistant to provide operational support to our Asset Management team. This is a rare opportunity to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient management of our Melbourne CBD assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting accounts payable activities, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking payments.
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of scheduled work requests by following up on missing or delayed service reports or documentation from service providers.
  • Assisting the Operations team with the management of the file structure to ensure portfolio-wide consistency and ensuring filing of reports are consistent with requirements.
  • Managing and coordinating key Operations Meetings, including booking of meeting rooms and administering minutes of meetings as required.
  • Developing high-quality presentations and draft reports, letters where required to assist the Operational team.

Requirements

  • Tertiary or trades qualification, with relevant prior experience in a facilities role within a commercial asset.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a keen interest in property management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization, with a customer-first approach.
