Spring Professional is seeking an experienced Retail Property Coordinator to join a successful Retailer based in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing retail property administration, ensuring accurate lease data, and maintaining relationships with national legal service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer retail property-related tasks, including lease reviews, invoicing, and tenant budgets.
- Manage lease data in the lease management system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Process lease amendments, renewals, terminations, and other modifications.
- Coordinate monthly rent payments and associated correspondence.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lease Administrator or Property Coordinator.
- Previous experience working with retail leases is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in property and retail.
- $85,000 package + bonus + work-from-home flexibility + on-site parking.
