We are seeking a highly organized and professional Property Operations Assistant to provide operational support to our Asset Management team. This is a rare opportunity to join a leading property company and contribute to the success of our Melbourne CBD assets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accounts payable activities, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Assist with the management of scheduled work requests, ensuring timely close-out and completion of vendor maintenance forms.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining a consistent file structure and ensuring compliance with guidelines and audit requirements.
- Coordinate key Operations Meetings, including booking meeting rooms and administering meeting minutes.
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports to support the Operational team.
We are looking for a Tertiary or trades qualified individual with relevant experience in a facilities role within a commercial asset. You will have strong relationship-building skills, a keen interest in property management, and excellent attention to detail.
