- Partner with senior leaders to advise on employee lifecycle management, coaching department heads to act confidently and support growth.
- Provide HR and workforce planning expertise to align with organisational goals.
- Create a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management, and initiatives.
- Lead ER/IR matters with advice, compliance, and legislation.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR and business leaders on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
- Support remuneration reviews and gender equity reporting, embedding fairness and transparency into every decision.
- Experience working in agile & matrixed environments.
- A strong business approach and hands-on delivery focus.
- A background across the full employee lifecycle, including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment, and workforce compliance.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ideally using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice.
- Able to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
