Director of Human Resources Recruitment in the Perth Area for Permanent and Contract vacancies

Our client is a leading Australian business based in Perth who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People team. You will drive People priorities that support the business objectives

Key Duties

  • Work with the Senior leaders and the business as an advisor across the all employee lifecycle, coaching department heads to act with confidence to help growth
  • Provide strategic HR and workforce planning to align with business objectives.
  • Create and Promote a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management and initiatives.
  • Lead and support on ER/IR matters with advice, compliance & legislation, policy and company values.
  • Partner with the Head of HR and Business leaders on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
  • Support remuneration reviews and gender equity reporting, embedding fairness and transparency into every decision.

About You

  • Worked within an agile & matrixed environment.
  • Strong business commercial approach & a hands-on, delivery focused approach.
  • A strong background across the full employee lifecycle including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment and workforce compliance.
  • Good with HRIS platforms — ideally Workday — using systems to streamline processes and support data driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with strengths-based frameworks.
  • In depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
