Our client is a leading Australian business seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their People team. This role drives People priorities that support the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Senior leaders and the business across the entire employee lifecycle, coaching department heads to enhance growth.
  • Provide strategic HR and workforce planning to align with business objectives.
  • Create and promote a high-performance culture through talent development, performance management, and initiatives.
  • Lead and support ER/IR matters with advice, compliance & legislation, policy, and company values.
  • Partner with the Head of HR and Business leaders on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
  • Support remuneration reviews and gender equity reporting, embedding fairness and transparency into every decision.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an agile & matrixed environment.
  • A strong commercial approach and hands-on delivery focus.
  • A background across the full employee lifecycle including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment, and workforce compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of strengths-based frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
