About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Desk Support Engineer to join our team at Hastha Solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch desktop support and end-user support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support and end-user support to a user base of approximately 700 or more
  • Work with Windows 10/11 and end-user Citrix experience
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and service delivery
  • Travel to our other sites in Moorebank/Liverpool on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working unsupervised
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge and certification in Service Now
  • Google Suite experience is ideal but not required
  • Kofax and Kodak scanner experience is ideal but not required
  • Driver's license and car are preferred
