Service Desk Operations Specialist

At NTT, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our managed services help desk team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include receiving, validating, and logging client requests, tracking requests and determining current activity, and ensuring the swift resolution of faults. Additionally, you will be responsible for interacting with internal stakeholders, producing reports, and identifying failures and shortcomings in our processes. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and are a motivated team player, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, validating, and logging client requests
